香港城市大學交換學生申請 (2020春季學期, 學期由1月中開始)
申請期限: 9月1日至10月1日

申請交流計劃的同學應符合以下其中一項的英文程度要求：
‧       在托福網路考試(iBT)取得79分或以上； 
‧       在雅思考試(IELTS)取得6.5分或以上；

申請流程:
1. 申請帳號 (Select College of Engineering):

2. 申請人線上填寫申請表

(Applicant’s name should match his/her passport exactly)

3. 準備以下文件:
‧ Photocopy of Academic Transcript (English version)
‧ ORIGINAL copy of the Application form for Visa - ID995A
(https://www.immd.gov.hk/pdforms/ID995A.pdf ) (Please sign your name on
EVERY page and send us the completed form (7 pages); and Insert a recent
photo)
‧ Proof of English Language Proficiency
‧ Declaration by Financial Sponsor - Sample

(if applicable)
‧ Photocopies of financial documents under the name of applicant (e.g. bank
statements, savings account passbooks, scholarship award notification, tax
receipts, salary slips and etc. If you are financially sponsored by another
party, provide the sponsor's financial statements. Please do NOT send
original documents, as once submitted all documents are irretrievable.)
‧ Photocopy of your travel document containing personal particulars, date
of issue, date of expiry.
